We created this guide to support mutual sustainability as we see this work as a shared tending of spirit, body and memory.

Offering this practice through a three-tier model, we hope and envision to make it accessible to those most impacted by systems of oppression, and to allow this work to be sustained with care.

Gently choose the amount that feels most aligned with your current resources while remembering this work also supports someone whose access may be more limited than yours.

Bodywork

  • Rooted Rate

    [1 hour: €2 - €22]

    [2 hours+: €8 - €44]

    For those grounding themselves through navigating systemic barriers such as limited access to income, healthcare, rest/stability

    (e.g. people of the Global Majority, queer/trans/non-binary folks, care workers and those navigating survival)

    This rate is supported by collective care and trust.

  • Reciprocal Rate

    1 hour: €22 - €44

    2 hours+: €44 - €88

    For those with relative access to income and stability.

    It helps sustain the practice while making space for others to receive care.

    This also supports me in meeting my basic needs, and allows the practice to continue without being extractive or overextended.

  • Rebalancing Rate

    1 hour: €44 - €88

    2 hours+: €88 - €222

    For those who are resourced with financial abundance, privilege, or generational support.

    This helps balance access,  allowing someone else to come at a lower rate, and helps keep this offering rooted, alive, and community-held.

ARUGA is rooted in community care & mutual aid. Our intention is to stand with each other and share resources as we all face challenges in perhaps different ways. In this space we can ask for help without guilt, shame or obligation. When you can give, you do so freely, and when you need support, you may ask without hesitation.

  • A portion of proceeds from bodywork and tattoo sessions is directed to the Filipino diaspora to support basic needs. These funds help provide food, housing assistance, and emergency relief for Filipino individuals and families navigating displacement, migration challenges, or economic hardship. By choosing our services, clients contribute to direct, community-centered support that sustains essential care in times of need.

  • A portion of every bodywork and tattoo session fee is directed to local individuals, community projects, and initiatives that uplift culture, arts, and decolonial work in the homeland. These funds support grassroots artists, cultural keepers, community-led healing programs, and reparative projects that center ancestral knowledge and self-determination. By choosing our services you help sustain creative livelihoods and community resilience, honoring lineage and care through tangible, locally rooted investment.
