ARUGA Sessions
Our sessions are deeply rooted in care, creating a unique intersection where bodywork, artistic expression, and collective well-being weave into one another. We gently hold space for this interconnectedness through intentional care circles, fostering an environment of mutual support and healing.
Within this nurturing atmosphere, creativity is given room to emerge organically, allowing participants to explore and express their ancestral memories and personal stories. By integrating ritual, body-centered practices, and community connection, we cultivate experiences that honor the wisdom and resilience of communities historically silenced — making space for stories that continue to shape our becoming.
Rhythms of Exchange
Bukás na Alok
This is not a price list.
It is a soft guide — a way to support the work, based on your own access and abundance.
This is a reminder that your presence is already part of the exchange.
Give what feels possible, and know that all forms of support — financial gifts, nourishment, seeds, forms of care — are honored here.
ARUGA operates on a sliding scale
rooted in care, reciprocity, and trust.
This offering lives outside of rigid systems.
It is not priced to create profit —
but to allow this practice to remain rooted, accessible and alive.
-
Rooted Rate
[1 hour: €2 - €22]
[2 hours+: €8 - €44]
For those grounding themselves through navigating systemic barries such as limited access to income, rest/instability
(e.g. BIPOC, queer/trans/non-binary folks, care workers, those navigating survival)
This rate is supported by collective care and trust.
-
Reciprocal Rate
1 hour: €22 - €44
2 hours+: €44 - €88
For those with relative access to income and stability.
This helps sustain the practice while making space for others to receive care.
This supports me in meeting my basic needs
and allows the practice to continue
without being extractive or overextended.
-
Rebalancing Rate
1 hour: €44 - €88
2 hours+: €88 - €222
For those who are resourced with financial abundance, privilege, or generational support.
This helps balance access — allowing someone else to come at a lower rate,
and helps keep this offering rooted, alive, and community-held.
We do not see this work as a service to be bought, but as a shared tending of spirit, body, and memory.
This guide exists to support mutual sustainability.
We offer this practice through a three-tier model
to make it accessible to those most impacted by systems of oppression, and to allow this work to be sustained with care.
Please choose the amount that feels most aligned with your current resources — while remembering this work also supports
someone whose access may be more limited than yours.
We trust you to know your needs.
We trust you to honor ours too.
