The Balikbayan Collective is a grassroots, experimental, multidisciplinary community platform organizing online & on-ground spaces by preparing projects dedicated to inform, disseminate resources, building community for and with the children of the Filipino diaspora as they may navigate through a decolonial journey.

Spotlighting the various lived experiences of a child of the diaspora. One of the most disconnected, contradictory, uprooted communities within the Filipino identity, we hope to serve as a supportive backbone through developing and implementing projects focused on knowledge exchange and community empowerment, deeply rooted in the time-honored care principles of pre-colonial Filipino traditions.

Rooted in indigenous traditions and practices, Pagonzaga specializes in providing personalized, one-on-one design consultations and custom tailoring services. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the unique stories of the archipelagic cultures.
